TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE Service provider: Matteo Tammaro, owner of the LASHKEY project. Contact: lashkeypro@gmail.com By using the LASHKEY app and Admin Area you accept the terms described below. 1. Purpose of the service LASHKEY is a subscription management software (SaaS) for professionals working in the eyelash extension industry, for managing calendar, clients, intake forms, inventory, billing and related tools. 2. Plans and subscription The service is offered with a single subscription (Pro) that includes all features, with a monthly or annual billing cycle of your choice. A 14-day free trial is available with all features included, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. 3. Payments and automatic renewal If you subscribe through the iOS app, payment is an in-app purchase managed by Apple: the amount is charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle (monthly or annual) at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time from your device Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. If you subscribe through other channels (e.g. Admin Area via browser), payment is managed through Stripe: the same automatic renewal rules apply unless cancelled, which you can do at any time from the app in Settings → Plan and billing. 4. Cancellation and withdrawal You can cancel the subscription at any time, through the channel you used to activate it (Apple ID Settings for in-app purchases, Settings → Plan and billing for Stripe); cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no refund of the remaining portion unless otherwise required by applicable law or by the respective store's policies. 5. Responsibility for your clients' data As a professional, you remain the data controller for the data you enter about your clients (personal details, intake forms, photos). LASHKEY acts as data processor on your behalf: it is your responsibility to inform your clients and collect the necessary consents, including through the Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy that can be generated by the app for your studio. 6. Proper use of the service You agree to use LASHKEY in compliance with the law and not to use it for unlawful purposes or purposes harmful to third parties. LASHKEY reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. 7. Limitation of liability LASHKEY is a management support tool: technical decisions regarding aesthetic treatments (e.g. choice of adhesives, materials, timing) remain under your professional responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, LASHKEY is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the service or from interruptions not attributable to intent or gross negligence. 8. Intellectual property The software, the LASHKEY trademark and related content are the property of Matteo Tammaro. Copying, decompiling or redistributing the app outside of the personal use provided by the subscription is not permitted. 9. Changes to these terms These terms may be updated over time; material changes will be communicated to you through the app or by email. 10. Governing law These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction, where applicable, or otherwise the court of Naples. 11.
